We have our adults program running, for ages 13+ on the weekdays, as well as a specialised 13-15 years teens class on the weekends.
For ages under 13, we have our kids and junior programs running throughout the week.
We have month to month plans on offer for you and your child, as well as savings on longer memberships

Of course not! Our classes are a good mix of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in an enjoyable team environment.
